Do you offer on-site quotes?

Yes, we prefer to meet our clients face-to-face to understand what they want to achieve at the end of the painting process. This helps us prepare an accurate & thorough quote relevant to the specific scope of work.

Can you provide professional references?

Yes, some of our professional references are included below:

  • John or Josh – Bristol Paint & Decorator Centre
  • Mark or Faith – Inspirations Paint
  • Alarah or Simone – SMS Strata Management Group
  • Chantelle – Excel Property Agency
  • Sam Hinton – Nolan Partners

Are you insured?

We maintain public liability & workers compensation insurances and can provide certificates of currency on request.

Can you schedule jobs outside of normal business hours?

Yes, our work can be conducted outside of office hours to avoid disturbance to your business operations. If this is something you’re interested in, please reach out to discuss further.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a warranty on our workmanship for 3 years after the project completion date. All of our paint products also come with their own warranties as specified by the manufacturers.

What paint brands do you use?

Our preferred brands are Taubmans, Dulux & Haymes. These are brands we’ve tried & tested, and can guarantee a quality finish every time.

Do you use low-tox paints?

All of the paint products we use are water-based, with the exception of our oil-based stain blocker. All of our water-based paint products are considered low VOC or very low VOC, meaning they contain very few ‘Volatile Organic Compounds’. These VOCs can include formaldehyde & benzene (both known carcinogens), acetone, xylene, & toluene, all of which are harmful to human health. We do our best to only use products that exclude these VOCs to ensure the health & safety of not only our team, but our clients & their families.

‘Very low VOC’ options are 99% VOC free & are considered eco-friendly. This may be desirable for those with young children, the elderly, or anyone who is concerned about risk of exposure to VOCs. If this is something you’re concerned about, please let us know at the quoting stage so we can discuss the lowest VOC paint options for your project.

Can you help with colour choices?

Yes, we offer a free colour consultation on all of our projects if required.

How do I prepare for my home or business to be re-painted?

For an internal & external re-paint, we ask that the area is free of trip hazards, that any wall hangings/decorations are removed, & that all furniture is at least 1 meter off the walls. We would then cover all furniture, benches & floors with plastic & canvas drop sheets.

For an external, we would also require access to the driveway throughout the course of the project.

Do you work outside of your standard service area?

Our current service area stretches from Grafton in the North, to Macksville in the South, and to Dorrigo in the West. If your project is outside of this area, we would be happy to discuss further on a case-by-case basis.
